Mimi is an experienced marketing and employee communications professional. In Mimi's current position as Director of Internal Communications at Taleo, she is responsible for the creation of their new Intranet on a SharePoint 2010 platform and key executive communications that engage employees and encourage collaboration.

Previously she was responsible for creating and implementing communication and employee engagement strategies for the senior executive and others for Cisco's Collaboration Software Group.

In addition Mimi has a degree in graphic design and is an accomplished illustrator. She has helped both start-ups and established businesses with their branding, advertising and communications' strategies.

She was instrumental in the management, redesign and content creation of the E*TRADE Financial Intranet for almost four years.

For ten years prior, Mimi was the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Adecco Employment Services, the largest employment services' company in the world. In addition to her communication and sales support responsibilities, Mimi managed Adecco's quality initiatives, employee recognition and reward programs.

Mimi held the position of Vice President of Communications for Snelling, Inc. and had a successful career as an advertising executive working at Elkman Advertising in Philadelphia, and Young and Rubicam in Florida. She received a B.A. in art education and design from George Washington University and the Corcoran Gallery of Art. She also studied design at The Newhouse School of Syracuse University (MFA program) and the College of San Mateo and Canãda College.
